If necessary, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unworn condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Du The Right Thing is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out. This includes packages that arrived with damages. We suggest reaching out to the postal carrier to file a dispute.
If your package arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
