  • In-stock items are sent out within 1-3 days of purchase.
    Pre-order items will include shipping times in the product description.

    US shipping times:
    East coast: 1-3 days
    West coast: 2-5 days

    International shipping time:
    1-3 weeks

  • If you entered the wrong address or size, please reach out to us ASAP at contact@dutherightthing.com.

    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

  • We ask that you please review the product images, details, and size charts before submitting your order.

    If necessary, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unworn condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Yes. Please note that some countries may charge additional fees like customs duties and taxes. Du The Right Thing is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs duties or fees applied by your country.

  • Our products are made in China by factories I have personally visited and vetted.

    We work with factories that have industry-standard certifications such as GRS, CE, BSCI, and Oeko-Tex. This is to reduce our environmental impact and ensure our clothes are free from harmful chemicals.

  • We cancel any orders that are marked as fraudulent. Occasionally, orders are flagged by mistake. If your order was cancelled we recommend to try and order again, making sure all of your payment information is correct, or try a different payment method.
